  My friends and I stayed here for our very first girls holiday and all I can say is it was appalling, and staff here hate English travellers. The hotel room was not cleaned in the week that we were there, and when we reported this to our tui rep our confidence was broken and the owner approached us later that day and threatened to kick us out. When we arrived we were faced with the shower door hanging off and a safe that did not work. Throughout the week the floor of the room was that dirty, me and the girls brought wipes for our feet before we got into bed, they didn't even supply toilet roll never mind fresh bedding. We all suffered from severe bites whilst in the room. The security at the hotel was useless my friend was assaulted and kicked when we arrived back at the hotel by the taxi man, the security was initially asleep then when awake he stood watched and told us to be "quiet people asleep". I reported this to the reception the next day and was told that he didn't do anything because he doesn't understand English, we were then 5 days into our holiday told that we should not have been using the taxi service as it is run by the mafia. With this in mind the only way to get from the hotel to the strip is at least a 30 minute walk which is definitely not safe to do either as we witnessed people with guns. I am so glad that we got home. Please do not go to this hotel it is not worth your safety.

  Silver Springs Apartments was a good settlement. The rooms were clean, reasonable size, and not outdated. The pool area was nice, however if you want a sunbed you better go early as it soon fills up. The food here was good at a good price. The staff where friendly and helpful, and helped you if you had any queries. The location isn't too far from the beach, it's about a 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. But, about a 20-25 minute walk to the main strip, so not too far. The route is simple and safe. Overall this apartment was good, and I would recommend to any others.

  Idk how to say. Felt like home with the right people in the apartment. The bar and food place was amazing. Good breakfast there at O'Learys. Nice pool with good rules and staff that ensure the safety of the ones who swim and occupy the area

  Apartments clean, young staff are pleasant. Pool area can get crowded. Restaurant is fine for snacks but evening meal options limited. Two bedroom APTS have kettle, hot plate, fridge and microwave. Pans are limited so don't expect to cook much .
