  We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Most of them speak very good English, so you can always ask for help. The room was very clean and tidy. Everything was smelling very good. The lobby is arranged very nice. We tried the breakfast which has a large variety, from scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants, banitsa etc. The view from the hotel is amazing. You can see all the city of Veliko Tarnovo.

  It's a modern hotel with clean but small rooms. Wifi ok. Breakfast included and good. Excellent restaurant. Bathroom with exceptional shower and great water pressure.

  Very, very small room. The bathroom is a joke, the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. 1 star plus is because of the staff who is really nice.

  We booked the hotel for the weekend with dinner included and when we arrived they told us that we have to eat in the room because they have a wedding in the restaurant. The rooms have a really really small bathroom!
