::This place if falling apart. It does not look and feel like a 4 star hotel. It is more like a 1 or 2 star hotel. There is no 24 h reception, the breakfast is really bad - the worst I have had in any place. The room are in a really poor condition with destroyed furniture and leaking roof. Choose a different hotel to have a good trip and experience.

::Everything was fine. Great service, clean and comfortable. The only thing I missed in the room was a mirror. Only one in the bath room but not in the living room.

::The hotel may see some renovation. The rooms are spacious and clean but they have seen better days. The restaurant on the other hand has really good food - meals which are worth trying, tasty and fresh, probably the best in Arbanassi, unless you look only for local specialties.
