::Great staff, rooms are comfortable but need some TLC. Breakfast was buffet style but ample and a good selection. By far it was the staff that made our stay so memorable, a real credit. View from balcony for fireworks brilliant. Great position for sight seeing.

::We reserved suite with jacuzzi and sauna. The suite was clean but it was not well decorated. Sauna didn't work and it start working in the morning just before we checked out. In the room were coffee facilities but we found only one coffee, two chockolates and one tea. I think it is not enough for 4 star hotel. Also if you arrive after 10pm and you are hungry you have to go out. In the advertisement it is mentioned that the hotel has 24 hours room service and night menu, which you should be able to order from but when we tried to use the room service toborder some snack around 11 pm from the reception they told us that is not available.

::The accommodation is very comfortable, clean and spacious. We have stayed here twice in the past few weeks between touring. Hospitable and friendly service from Staff at both the reception and restaurant/bar.
