::The hotel itself is decent, rooms are big and clean. 3 stars because of the restaurant, poor service (except Gergana, think this is the name of a waitress), no smile, always looking angry. One evening we couldn't enter the restaurant before 8 in the evening, menu dinner is one day available the other it's not. Cleaning ladies are super nice and fast. All in all, the service was much better previous years
