  Great hotel, the staff is really nice and tries hard make you feel welcome. The rooms are very spacious and clean, pool big. This is one of the hotels in which I will return again.

  Relaxing and comfortable place for me and my children. I like their SPA center and rooms are big enough for a family with kids. Nice view to the mountain and probably a good place for people who like skiing.

  Handy spot to stay. About 10 min walk to Gondola. Nice spa . Great massage freed up a trapped nerve. You van purcgase a vip ski pass at this hotel. (8am-4pm)Hire your skis at ski mania diagonally opposite gondola entrance. They'll measure you up and kit you out the day before.

  Extra large rooms, beautifully decorated with picturesque view of Pirin Mountain. The morning meal has a wide range of choices and is very tasty. The spa is fantastic. There is also a conference hall and outside pool (available on summer). A shuttle bus is provided to move the customers to and from the gondola. The staff is helpful and friendly. Nice detail : Jazz music is played live some nights at the lobby lounge. I will definitely visit this hotel on my next visit in Bansko.

  Sometimes the reception desk was not helpful. Also we did not receive the necessary information about the extra costs e.g. hats for spa which they offered us. We informed for that during check out. In addition our room was available at 15:00, but it was lovely and clean. Finally, the restaurant and spa services were good.
