  the only positive thing of this hotel can be the price for those who do not care to much about accommodation but as we know the low prices also bring modest services. The rooms are electrically heated, shower water is the same, the walls are thin and you can hear if your neighbors are a bit more noisy. Breakfast was the same every day with basic products that ended quickly, so you risk that at 9 o'clock you will find only cucumbers, some cheese possibly a sausage, not even milk for cereals or coffee enaugh. The pool area is not ventilated, so all the condensation created drips on you on the lounge chairs or in the water, which is not very pleasant. If you work on these issues you will be more successful with tourists who are more and more delighted by what Bansko can offer. Good luck!

  Good hotel. Sometimes food was not hot enough. But it was very tasty anyway :-) Menu depends on hotel loads. More load - more dishes. About 10 min to gondola (by car)

  Great place! Very nice service! Amazing cooking, food and drinks. Clean & hot water @the swimming pool. 5 stars indeed!
