  We were looking for any hotel in Sofia for our 3 nights but once we saw the prices of this hotel, we thought let's try out a slightly more luxurious experience. And it was quite impressive. Everything about the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. The location is right in the centre, we never had to take any public transport or taxis except for the airport. The entire city centre is between 3 and 20 minute walk (depending on where you'd like to go) and the fact that Vitosha Boulevard was only a 2-3 minute walk away was very comforting as it was so lively and made us feel safe in the neighbourhood. The staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful throughout. We opted for breakfast and it was one of the absolute best breakfast experience we've ever had at a hotel. The number of options were plentiful: eggs made to order, several types of bread and rolls, loads of cheese options, doughnuts, cakes, yogurt, actual honeycomb, several juices and coffee options, and hot options like beans, roasted tomato, mushrooms, etc. We honestly had a hard time deciding what we wanted but the omelette they made for us was probably my favuorite. The room was spacious and way bigger than we needed, with free international TV (including Discovery, Nat Geo, German, French, and English channels), a minibar, and plenty of lights options. Carpet was very comfortable and so clean that we would've felt guilty taking our shoes into the room. The bathroom, again was big and clean. If I had to be picky (or rather to help the hotel improve even further), the only slight issues were that check-in took a while because a group arrived just before us and took forever to check in and only one person could do the checkin at a tiime. Second thing was that my omelette order was forgotten on one of the days and after waiting 20 minutes, I had to place the order again. Also, the room service closed down earlier than mentioned on the card. This really needs updating. Also, we were only provided with 1 bathrobe. I'm sure we would've received another, had we asked for it, but just something that we noticed. For these reasons, I have to give it 4/5, but I would happily stay here again.

  Strongly recommend this hotel.Location is excellent being just a 2 minute walk to Vitusha pedestrian boulevard. The reception is undergoing renovations at the moment so checking in and out is carried out in the hotel bar! That is quite a novelty. Reception staff are very friendly and efficient....as are the housekeeping staff.The breakfast room waiter/attendant needs to smile a bit more. My room(superior double) is very large and very well equipped.The bathroom is an absolute joy. Breakfast is really good with a wide choice of hot and cold dishes.However the hot dishes could do with actually being HOT. I was the second person having breakfast so no one can blame the late hour for the hot food being just "warm". On the whole i strongly recommend this hotel.

  Perfect spot to walk the city. Great service and fantastic breakfast !! Spent the weekend with my wife and we found the hotel no less than perfect. Highly recommended !!

  The hotel is excellent !!! Located right in the center. New hotel with excellent service. Very good breakfast. Everything is clean.
