  The apartments are very central with lots of light and the wifi works perfect. When you arrive at the apartment you find the living flowers and a bottle of white wine courtesy of the house, and everything is perfect. We were picked up at the airport at the time indicated (4 am) and 15m lats were already installed. And the apartment - a luxury. Staff are excellent with communication. Wifi was not working at the beginning and they went above & beyond to fix it.

  Amazing staff and great apartments! I have rented apartments from Sara Tours for more than 7 years and my experience with them was always great! The apartments are wonderful and they have all sorts of kinds - small and large; cheap and expensive. I've read the few reviews and couldn't help but think - that's just wrong! The company members have always treated me with great respect - they have managed to stay the same people for years and we've always felt secured and great in the apartments of Sara Tours! I use their services, my friend and family do too- and we will keep on using them! Thank you for always helping us and being so good with us! See you in the summer :)))

  It was ten years ago but someone just asked me about recomanding the company and took me back in time with the worst experience I have ever had. My husband rented an apartment in Sofia near Pirogov Hospital for a week just before our wedding. The day after the wedding we were robbed!! All the money from the wedding we have been given, our photo camera with lots of photos and memories just disappeared from the apartment whilst we were visiting family before we go away on our honeymoon. Contacted the agent witch completely disowned the matter. They never cooperated at all. The building had security guard on the front entrance and the door was locked as it was the apartment. It wasn't broken in, it must heve been opened with a key and then locked again. We assumed it was someone who had access with key for the apartment . My husband used the company many many times and we never had any problems. At least we deserved to be treated with more respect.We spent the night in the police but nothing was done, so we went on our honeymoon very upset and even angry. DO NOT RECOMMEND SARA TOURS TO ENYONE! AVOID AT ANY PRICE!

  Stay away from Saratours. I had the worst experience ever with their apartments in Sofia. The apartments are dirty, smells bad and we’ve got robbed from the agency broker when we moved out. The apartments on Osogovo street are really bad. All of them are old, outdated, dirty and not maintained well (see the pictures). I rent one of them (per Saratours the best one in the building) and when I went to see it, I was really disappointed, it smelled really bad on mold and cigarettes. The broker that give us the keys was really root and start convincing us that we won’t find a better place for the money. We asked to be moved to another apartment or get a full refund. The agent on the phone agreed to move us, but we got only a partial refund and were forced to stay for at least few more days. The worst part was when we moved from one apartment to another. During the move, we forgot our camera (expensive one) in the old apartment and when we call the broker about it, he refused to return it. We called Saratours agent on the phone, but they refused to cooperate and we file a report with the police. Currently there is a pending case for robbery against the agency. After few days we finally moved out and we find a better and cheaper place in the area. This was our worst experience with a tour agent in Sofia.
