  I called one of the 3 phone numbers listed on their website to ask about the entrance fee for the pool. No answer for about 2 minutes. I called the second phone and finally someone said 'Hello?', as if I'm calling their private number. When I asked about the pool prices, he said 'hold on' and passed the phone to someone else. She said that she doesn't have this information and that I should call the reception (the first phone I tried). Why does your website list 3 contact numbers if not all of them go to reception? And why does your staff answer with 'Hello' as if I'm calling their personal number? This hotel is a joke.

  Decent hotel, clean, nice people. Too much noise when window is open from the cars passing on the street.

  Comparing prices with other hotels in the city service level is too low. The main problem is that the condition of the rooms are very different. There are nice rooms in good condition, others in pretty bad. As about hygiene, furniture, matraces its like gambling. Prices are always the same. It is obvious that due to the size of the hotel they are not able to manage it...

  Dirty rooms. Poor organization. We booked an appartment for three, but till the end of our we had to argue every single day to hive us breakfast for three. This is the worst hotel I've ever been. And this is the poor breakfast.
