  Friendly enough staff for an Eastern Bloc post office. Beautiful building, postcards shipped out easily despite no English/Bulgarian communication.

  I've traveled all over the world and the one thing that is globally consistent is the post office. The people seem unhappy, the pace is slow and they seem laden with bureaucracy. International stamps were about $1.35 and the wait was about 10 minutes. The building is very pretty and they have some beautiful collections for sale.

  Not so kind staff. They are not able to speak German or English. Very difficult to send something :(
