::I've traveled all over the world and the one thing that is globally consistent is the post office. The people seem unhappy, the pace is slow and they seem laden with bureaucracy. International stamps were about $1.35 and the wait was about 10 minutes. The building is very pretty and they have some beautiful collections for sale.
