  - DIRTY- obvious no regular cleaning- dirty floor in the room when we came, the same toothpaste mark on the sink for all the 3 days of our stay Bitten by BED BUGS on my leg that I have never experienced in any accomodation! Breakfast- not much of a variety if somebody does not like milk (see the photos please), we had to wash dishes ourselves in ice-cold water Not very friendly staff- except the lady in the bar Bathrooms that you see on pics are not even there! (see the photos) Card Terminal- in one review from two months ago it says it is broken- it still is! No maintenance- big light in the room didnt work, just the bed table ones. Pictures in general seem to be taken at the beggining of the hostel running while it looked really nice and MATCHED the description! Without a proper maintenance it doesnt look like that now. We booked a private room and it is not worth that price unfortunately. + Great location in the centre Cool garden and bar with the alternative atmosphere- one free drink for hostel guests Check-in after midnight Possibility to leave the suitcase at the reception after check-out

  Personal on the reception was unfriendly, arrogant and hostile. The booking system on their homepage allows overbookings and even though I had a confirmation email, the guy on the reception reply that in his system there is nothing and he can not care less about the system i have booked through. On my obvious confusion he react with: "When you don't like it, you can use the very same door you came in through to get out of here". So I left and I can't say anything about the accomodations, but I do not recommend this place. Hospitality is something, which do not exist there.

  A place I've never stayed in before. Takes some getting used to but a good experience. A great place to meet new friends from across the globe.

  Hostelworld some how cancelled our booking, but I didn't receive any notification. When six of us arrived there, they really made a big effort to host even do we didn't have a reservation. It was great move and deserves much more than 5 stars! Recommended +++++++++++++

  Stayed in the hostel's bar for a lot of time. Never been a guest so this should be taken in regard. Still I worked in a rival hostel and people told me stories of how lazy the service is. Must admit, my hostel was horrid for a variety of other reasons so I worked there for only 2 weeks. I understand it's supposed to be hip but that doesn't mean to give your guests a bad time. Anyway that could be changed and is not the reason I'm giving out 4 stars. I must say the bar is purely amazing, they have good drinks, good bartenders and are willing to host all kinds of creative events which usually reflects on their walls. Additionally downstairs is turned into a work of grafitti art, the bathroom also looks alright. Only problem is that they serve alcohol to minors and sometimes you can find shady characters. But it's definitely my top spot shady place in Sofia
