  I had to take back to the store a coffee maker, which I bought 3 weeks ago. It did not function properly, so they took it for back to be repaired. So far no problems with the staff. Hope all to be handled well to a satisfying end. The coffee maker was repaired and now functions well. The staff handled the problem very well.

  Large selection of all kinds of tehnical equipment, the staff in the store is not competent enough.

  Staff are very helpful. Only down side is it's size and variety of products in the store.

  Very helpful staff made sure I got the product I needed and not just the most expensive one. Very good spoken English too. I speak Bulgarian a little but I always appreciate when someone tries to speak English.
