  Great music, friendly staff and convenient chill areas. They release regular updates about the upcoming events that you can follow in Facebook. Maybe a photographer/photo boot or any other interactive activity on the parties would fresh up the atmosphere and improve the experience. Also - please separate a smoking area inside instead of constantly checking whether people are smoking without permission..
