  Rude and unprofessional service. Car was booked for 2pm , at 2:40 pm the car was still not there. We had to wait for 40 min with a small child and a baby. After asking the staff at the service desk, his answer was " I've done my part of the job" Shocking!!! We did pay extra money at the time of booking for a bigger( estate) car, the car we were given could hardly fit our children's car seats. Will not be booking again with Sixt at this location. The least they can do is pay more respect and attention to their costumers.

  I don't know what other guys don't like about it? My experience was really good. They offer free pick up from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 (where their office is located). Quick sign up on all paper work and that was all. Rest is just enjoying my holiday. Very polite personal. Will book again!!!

  I had rented cars previously with sixt from other countries and have always had exceptional service. This location made me not want to rent from sixt again. I was provided by wrong information by the customer services in this location - I wanted to add a second driver, but was told it was not necessary to have the second driver drivers' license when I'm signing the contract. When I was picking up the car, I was informed of the opposite and was met with rude indignation instead of understanding. The terms and conditions specified a much lower deposit amount than what I actually had to pay for the cheapest class of cars.

  Avoid this particular Sixt rental as possible as you can. Better pay 2 times more for a different car rentals, like Europcar and other great rental there. Overall I like Sixt, but not in this particular location, total lies and rude costumer service, I will include later names and all details after I see how all will be done, based on this I will make my final thoughts and my entire family and friends who did a business with them.
