  Incompetent, rude and unethical!!! We booked a car from the Sofia Airport, but nobody was waiting for us at the Terminal. I called them and a guy from the staff came after 25 min with a bus which brouhgt us to the station of the company (arround 15-20 min from the airport). When we finally arrived, the same guy requested 20 EUR, because their working time is till 18:00 and it's already 18:20. When we declined to pay and wanted our pre-paid money, they refused to give us the money back. Everybody from the staff was sooo rude, STAY AWAY from this company!!!Terrible experiance!

  Disappointed by the service received here when returning our car hire. Tried to scam us for ‘dust’. Not acceptable and wouldn’t recommend
