  Kind and pleasant personnel, calm mountain idila with great balkan cuisine. Ideal for wellness and hiking. Nice spa, pool and great souvenirs to recall good memories.

  There was not a great variety of choice for the breakfast included,the staff was really nice. The only great problem was with the hot water as we were running out of it.

  it was really bed ... We didn't get our room what we booked, we booked with one king bad and we got 2 small ,spa was really bed ,water in pool was dirthy we couldn't use it ,solarium was also broken, we paid for them,my wife lay in a solarinum, and then the woman working there said aaa does not work, try tomorow ... Card for the room sometimes doesn't work and peope who are resposabily for that always has some explanation.

  Beds are comfortable. The place looks nice. The air conditioning did not work so it was cold in the room. The shower was broken.
