  The best place you can ever go to when in Bansko - special treatment and family atmosphere, simply amazing, can't recommend enough!

  What a gem! If we ever go back to Bansko we will not look at any other hotel. Very family friendly hotel with loads of personal touches. Nothing is a problem and everythinkg has been thought about. Awesome!

  This was my fourth visit to this hotel. As always it was perfect. During reservation you can book everything and I highly recommend doing so. The prices are good and Katarina will make sure all is perfect. The ski school instructors are great as all the staff. We had a perfect time, again

  The best hotel in Bansko! They would do ANYTHING to make you feel at home and welcome. Which hotel in the world will leave got soup and fresh bread in your room when you arrive? this one does. everything was perfect and you can get VIP tickets for the Gondola instead of waiting for 2 hours in line...
