  This place if falling apart. It does not look and feel like a 4 star hotel. It is more like a 1 or 2 star hotel. There is no 24 h reception, the breakfast is really bad - the worst I have had in any place. The room are in a really poor condition with destroyed furniture and leaking roof. Choose a different hotel to have a good trip and experience.

  Everything was fine. Great service, clean and comfortable. The only thing I missed in the room was a mirror. Only one in the bath room but not in the living room.

  The hotel may see some renovation. The rooms are spacious and clean but they have seen better days. The restaurant on the other hand has really good food - meals which are worth trying, tasty and fresh, probably the best in Arbanassi, unless you look only for local specialties.
