::The best service in the area. Ekaterina Dafovska, the only Bulgarian gold medallist in winter Olympic games served us personally. She was helping the whole stuff and being extremly polite. We took pictures and spoke with her. The restaurant staff cooked something for us in the middle of the night, even though it was closed. Prices are low and the hotel is very clean.

::Good basic hotel, however there were not enough staff working the weekend we were there. The staff that were there were friendly and helpful but under staffed.
