::We had our teambuilding there and I had high expectations which were far from met. Some of the staff was very very polite and nice, but maybe due to the large number of guests, the restourant waiters where very on edge at lunch and came even to loud voice speaking with the guests. The bathroom showerhead in our room leaked, the list of stuff from the mini fridge wasnโt changed. All in all - not sure it deserves to be a 5 star hotel ..... otherwise the city is very nice, has amazing views and is worth visiting.

::Very nice hotel. Clean and beautiful. Food is tasty, staff are simply great, always gentle and smiling. The pool is not very big but the water is very warm. The spa is very good. This is perfect place for families and couples in love. If you come to rest here you'll definitely like it from first sike.

::This 5 star hotel can very easily deserve it's 5 star status. Not quiet there yet. Facilities are nice, just need better maintenance. Hotel room is well decorated, just needs better cleaning. Restaurant personnel is nice and polite, just needs better rest. I was absolutely disappointed by the spa services as at least 50% of the offered spa procedures in the menu were not available. Few improvements needed as I discussed with the Hotel Manager. I hope when and if i return to find everyone striving to impress.

::It was an amazing experience! Had many beers and played all the games - billiards, darts, bowling and air hockey. The breakfast has a variety of combinations of food and good, strong coffee. Has a sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and pool. Perfect for a weekend getaway. ;)
