  I rarely allow myself to gamble and usually is with friends on a Friday night and we never count on winning. Just playing something, but they lost us a visitors, since we were playing on the roullette and bet on specific sector which included the number that won that spin, but instead of showing a win, it showed a lost. Clearly was technical issue since we played on the automated roullette machine and asked for assistance immediately. They pulled out the history and it showed that we bet on zero and not the selected sector. They basically told us that we are lying and didnt wish to check cameras or check the machine. As mentioned, we are not people that rely on gambling, nor we bet big but the autitute of the female dark haired manager was awful. Avoid.

  The place is depressing. Played blackjack for an hour and couldn't get a drink. The people working there are not friendly.

  The worst casino I've ever seen I stay in Plovdiv and casino Ritz is the best. Absolutely bad service instead in Ritz the workers are willing to help you. Just terrible don't go there.

  Terrible customer service. Had to chase after waitresses to get a drink. Drinks are free but apparently they count what you consume. I was cutoff and told there was a limit on drinks per customer. I cashed out and asked to speak to a manager. She was nice and explained why I (and customers in general) are limited, then reversed the “policy” but she refused to tell me what exactly the “drink limit” rule is. Not good customer service.
