::Изключително аругантно поведение на персонала. Също така казаха ми че като нов клиент печеля 100% връщане на парите които съм изиграл на следващия ден и като отидох едно от момичетата ми каза че нямали такова нещо, другата на касата ми каза че е само 10%, а третата ми каза че се е явявало като бонус например до 200 лева 20 за 40.Моля не стъпвайте там, защото ще бъдете излъгани.

::The worst Casino I have ever been to. I was staying at the hotel Anel, which is connected to the Casino by the stairs and lift. I went accidentally down to the Casino and I was welcomed by the rudest bouncer I have ever met. The guy literally pushed me away like there was something to hide in there. It left me speechless. I went to several Casino in Europe and I never received such a treatment. Learn some manners, people!
