::+ 1 star because of the activities for children in Play Park. + 1 star because food is alright. However, the whole restaurant experience may ruin your special occasion. Waiters at Play park's "Terrace Cafe" are not polite and do not treat customers as such, they forget orders, do not remove dirty dishes from the table, very rarely (if at all) come to check if anything else is needed. This is their usual behavior, not only at a single visit. At our last visit, when we celebrated a birthday at Play Park, we were disappointed by a number of organisational things and the waiters do not know at all how to show empathy or respect for their customers and their needs. You have to wait a long, long time for anything you order to eat, even kids' menus. So you better play safe and just stick to pre-ordered cocktail food. Do not bother checking the menu they have on the Play Park website. The one onsite is different, there are fewer options for both food and drink than what you find online. The baby chair was so so dirty that I do not know how other parents had let their children use it without cleaning it themselves. The waiter had put cutlery for only half the places at our table, so we had to ask additionally for cutlery for all our guests. While we waited a long time for food, we often had to remind what drinks we had ordered, too... We had asked three times specifically for the table by the baby zone and we were promised that table (we reserved it a month in advance). When we got there, another group was seated at that table (and they didn't even have a baby in the group!). In general, while your children have fun at the kids' zones, you may face challenges with the restaurant and its staff, so I recommend not having high (or any) expectations. Food was fine, the cake (from Vega) was fine, but the waiters really need to either find another job for themselves or be trained how to be waiters and then micromanaged by someone who cares about customer experience. I heard there is new management in place, I wish them good luck, but this is the situation as of end of March 2018.

::Nice place for drinks especially if you have business to discuss- its spacious enough. Coffee is good and service is quite nice as well.
