  Страхотен салон! През май отидох за първи път там с "опропастена" от етажи и изтъняване дълга, къдрава коса. По случайност попаднах на Краси, която има невероятно поддържана и красива дълга коса и с малко думи и няколко снимки разбра точно какво искам и се справи по-добре от повечето фризьори, при които съм била досега (някои от които незаслужено скъпи). :) За хора, които наистина искат да си пуснат дълга коса-там е мястото. Освен това докато чаках видях страхотни прически в различни дължини от останалите фризьорки , които са напълно в тенденциите.

  Been here a number of times, have had a number of stylists do m hair, and I’ve always got a great haircut. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. I always come back when I am in Sofia.

  Urgently needed my hair coloured so I call to book the appointment about 5.30pm. When I called them the guy said to come in at 7.45. I arrive about 6.30 hoping they’d appreciate it and maybe even see me a little bit early. As soon as I walk in the man on the reception desk (Who was the same guy on the phone) greeted me with hostility. I told him I booked the appointment about 30 mins ago and he said ‘I can’t do your hair. We close at 8’ I’m thinking why did you book the appointment! Anyway he obviously didn’t like the look of me, or my skin colour should I say so needless to say will never be going back. Horrible customer service. Horrible man on the desk! One star is far generous.

  An awful customer service, late with bookings and rude to the customers, not sure if they are able to do their job properly at all- would never recommende to a friend

  I went with a friend of mine and both of us were not happy with the end result. It started off well, with a lot of discussion about what we wanted but the execution was not the best. My hair is uneven (one side is longer than the other), but it’s not too visible, so I can live with it. As for my friend: her hair looked nice while in the salon but when she washed it - it was terrible. On the plus side, they agreed to fix it for free. They still didn’t do what they were supposed to but at least, now it doesn’t look like she tried to cut it herself. Would not repeat. Price-wise: it’s average for Sofia. It’s 32 BGN for long hair but if they wash your hair with some special shampoo, it goes to 42 BGN
