  Salon Murphy has a special vibe felt in every detail - from the atmosphere to the haircut - perfection. It is the atelier of a maestro dedicated to making you look your best. Had the best haircut of my life when I was last there; looking forward to returning.

  Booked a hair stylist appointment, showed up on time to find out that they didn't record my booking. I showed my email confirmation for the appointment but the staff just shrugged, told me there was nothing they could do and asked me to leave. They ruined my day (had to go to work with unwashed hair). Do not trust any of the "influencers" who check in there and post stories about their "amazing experience" at this place. Edit: They contacted me offering a "compensation" - an appointment on the other side of town in mid-day traffic, offering to cover my "transportation costs". The only reason I chose the hair salon is proximity, and my naïve belief this would be a quick and painless in-and-out - so their solution is neither a real solution, nor a compensation.

  Very professional and at the same time friendly staff! Lovely atmosphere and good prices along with great customer service. If you are in Sofia and you need a salon, that's the place! Recommended!

  Very good price for the service provided! Happy with the mani-pedi I got. Definitely different technology compared to what I've been used to, but not a bad one at all. Great location on Graf Ignatiev street. Not for handicapped people since the salon is on the 2nd floor and there are multiple stairs.
