  Pathetic. Terribly slow in any aspect, especially using computers. Doctor did not seem to care at all, just to take money from the insurance.

  They have English to choose and my work company work with them (which is as well mostly with not bulgarian ppl) but first time lady asked call after 2h when I was trying to make appointment. I called after 2h and lady just closed my call! At third time reception person just pick up and was quiet and didn't say anything except "ние". Even on question call someone with English. You have chance to get appointment only if you came to them in a person with Russian and Google translate.

  Horrible and incompetent personnel working on the registry. Very often you have yo make at least several calls for you to schedule a visit.

  Very good service, there are some things that need to be fixed so to make the whole experience better, but I recommend this health facility to everybody that want professional and good health care.
