::I am happy with the overall service! The lady at the registration on the ground floor was super polite and gave me accurate directions. On the registration on the 4th floor I was also greeted with a smile. When I explained that I want to use a insurance medical card the lady at the registration explained to me what to keep, issued an invoice even before I asked her. I visited Dr Bozhikova (dermatologist). She was very professional and took the time needed to thoroughly examine me and listen to my complaints. She even gave me a discount coupon for one of the medicaments she had prescribed.

::TERRIBLE service! Just TERRIBLE!!!! My wife and I had to wait 2 hours for them check our daughter condition, they were totally incompetent and finally we couldn't pay with a credit card...Moreover, the diagnosis was totally incorrect and my kid had strange allergic reaction from the medicine they've prescribed.

::Nevertheless we had an appointment, we had to wait 40 mins, that we didn't because of the rude attitude of the receptionist. Would not go there anymore.
