  I was very incompetently served. I am writing on the side of a buyer, who was presented with the following information: during the inspection they assured me that there were no encumbrances on the property, incl. mortgages, no obligations to CEZ, Toplofikatsiya and SOFIA WATER. At the time of contracting with the agency, I was informed that there was a contractual mortgage on the property that the broker had now learned about; and before the notary public just before the transaction was announced, the broker showed me a bill for district heating for the sum of 3000 BGN.
