  I loved this casino very much before, recent visits were disappointing. While playing poker at the table from dealers I get disgusting comments in my address, there is no culture of behavior, such a feeling that before working in a casino they worked in prison with especially dangerous criminals. In the face of client, they discuss it in Bulgarian, which is not an acceptable thing, given that we are clients who pay them salary.

  Never seen so many unprofessional and incompetent people working under one roof. Rude and arrogant employees and bad quality of food. I don't recommend! On the other hand, I do recommend ROYALE PALMS CASINO, with highly motivated and super friendly people.
