::I have to say, it wasnt a pleasant experience, although i liked the entertainment staff (best part of the hotel imo), the reception was very poor, the room smelt like sweat upon entry, the window in the room fell on top of me when i i tried to open it and when i went to speak about it to the manager she was completely useless and instead had the audacity to give me sass after the incident, not to mention the technicians who were sent to fix the window drilled through the old holes in the window and put the window back as if it was all fixed (not exactly experts by the looks of things) P.S we got no compensation for the the incident, instead the manager told us they cant cant us anything because nobody got hurt in the incident, implying that she doesnt care about the well being of her customers NOT HAPPY!!

::Great hotel nice atmosphere, we had a little problems with the room, we didnt got the room that we booked but eventually they made up for it! Good food, good drinks the pool is verry clean with different heights. The beach is close approximately 350m. They have many activities for kids and shows. The hotel is verry good, i gave 4 stars for the problem we had with the room.
