  Terrible experience, definitely not recommended. All days, we had no hot water, stinking toilet, not clean,...the room was almost acceptable. About food. Go there with your own supplies, you'll fight for food and drinks. The worst experience I ever had in my entire life. ONE MORE TIME, DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

  4 stars for the hotel, 0 stars for "ultra all inclusive". Don't pay for extra all inclusive at this hotel. I was extremely disappointed.

  Hotel is lovely,very clean and staff are very friendly. We stayed for 2 weeks.The only thing that let it down was the food and lack of snacks for all inclusive guests.

  Wow i dont know here to.start it was amazing so much fun i must say about the food though do not cater for the English. But they have 2 outside pools 1 inside pool a spa a sauna a steamroom 2 outdoor bars entertainment on everyday in the pool also at night in a theatre.mini water park by pool . The rooms a very very nice and very clean. The only problem is there is no baby pool
