  We are coming back every year at Hotel Belle View and we are always having a great time. The staff is friendly and polite, the rooms are spacious and there are homemade sweets at breakfast. It is 10 minutes away from beach and 5 minutes away from the restaurant area.

  Stayed there for a night and it was ok. It has pool - not a small one. It's about 10-15 minutes from the beach by foot. The only things that bug me was the slow reception and there were some ants on the floor in my room

  Second time here. Fist time was in 2016. Very nice than and we decided to come back. Then the room (2nd floor) was very clean and also with no noise from outside so we could rest and was great. But now it's not so good. The new room has no sound insullation (4th floor) and you can hear everything from neighbors and outside the room. So you can't rest. The room is not cleaned good. With the personal you can hardly speak because they don't speak english. Even a lady frim the reception when we say twice Hello and we've got no answer back Every day at 16:00 o'clock the hotel cleaners meet in the room next to us and they have a meeting speaking very loud. So you can't rest. Breakfast is decent but if you drink cafe you must pay 2 Leva for a decent one , the standard is horror. The pool is clean but not good enought. You can see what mess it is on the right corner near the stairs. Air condition is not ok, it is like it ia automatic set at 25 degrees. You have 10 underground parking spaces but you have to check if there is availablity on arrival. Whe didn't have and sometimes there are not enoght on the field in front of hotel. So if you have more expectations try another hotel. In this area (Kranevo) at 50 E/night there are other options too.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and I will definitely revisit this hotel next summer

  Second visit to this hotel, really nice family orientated venue.
