  Very bad customer service and rude staff. Breakfast and room facilities are ok. Great location.

  OK, hotel is a bit dark in places but friendly staff, traditional decor, good parking in garage. Spacious room.

  May 2018. Bathroom and shower where suitable for tall people (me and my wife are over 6' // 1m80). View and location are amazing: right in the middle of the ancient city, on top of a hill. Difficult to reach by car or taxi. Personnel spoke very little English. Breakfast was so-so. Bedsheets had holes in them. And matresses felt like they were 20 years old. TV was 20 years old; CRT monitor, so laptop couldn't be hooked up to it.

  The rooms are not very clean and not warm enough. The decoration is old. The reception does not speak English. I would not suggest.

  It is located in the Old town so the atmosphere is nice and it is quiet around. It is also very close to Kapana and to the center of the city. I liked the rooms and the hotel's garden. The service could be better but I can live with it. I'd totally recommend the hotel.
