::After living in Italy for more than 10 years I can surely say that Felicità is one of the best pizzeria's I've ever been to! Not only they have amazing pizzas but their other Italian main dishes are great too as well as the wines. If you want to eat Italian food this is the best place to go in Sofia, can't recommend enough!

::Pasta was served undercooked (not al dente, but almost raw), when request to cook it they returned it with parmigiano on top, despite us specifying when placing the original order that they should not put any due to lactose intolerance. The server did not even offer to fix it or have the pasta on the restaurant. Terrible service.

::Very mediocre pizza, but it was extremely overpriced for the tiny slices that you get. I couldn't believe just how thin the pizzas were! Moreover, the staff were really unfriendly. This place doesn't accept cards, despite having delivery services on every platform. But the worst part is, they charge you extra for pizza boxes, even though it's COVID time and the only option is to takeaway. And we weren't even told you had to pay for the boxes. It's written nowhere in the menu that you have to pay this extra cost. I've never seen a takeaway pizza place that charges you extra for the boxes, and lies to the customer about it by deliberately not showing this information on the menu. Go as far away from this place as you can!
