  Absolutely excellent service. The staff is more than helpful and the store seems well stocked. Much better than "bike center" stores (that's even before we consider the notable difference in pricing).

  the most incompetent treatment i got in bulgaria, your dont pick up your phone, than after few calls you turn it off. I tried another number but after politely asking "говориш ли английски?" i was disconnected without a word. Not even, sorry, can not help you, nothing. You are the worst, i am surprised how you manage to stay in business. Or it is standard in bulgaria?
