::the most incompetent treatment i got in bulgaria, your dont pick up your phone, than after few calls you turn it off. I tried another number but after politely asking "говориш ли английски?" i was disconnected without a word. Not even, sorry, can not help you, nothing. You are the worst, i am surprised how you manage to stay in business. Or it is standard in bulgaria?
