  Consultation was a waste of time and they just try to up-sell everything. Also they tried to ask for more money than written on the website. Beware of scamming. Edit: Ha, ha, the reply is just blatant lies. When going to this clinic, please consider that these doctors are trying to blackmail people with lies just to remove the review. Even if the answer would be true, would you want to go to a doctor who doesn't value basic doctor-patient confidentiality?

  If you are looking for an advice from a professional in clinical dermatology go elsewhere. Complete waste of time and money!

  Very good service! Friendly and professional! Got tattoo removed - didn't feel a thing. Also got a a part removed which was very quick and for a nice price! Probably the best clinic in town. Highly recommend!

  The doctor and his son are good, but watch for one of the nurses! She made me believe I would pay for a single exam if my condition and my wife's are the same, but that changed when we were checking out (after the doctor was gone). She behaved very rudely and couldn't care less that she had actually given us wrong information/lied about the price. Make sure you know exactly what you're paying for, what it includes, whether it implies subsequent examination, etc. The 2nd visit to the chief doctor is only 10 lv less than the first one (first is 50, second is 40) even if absolutely nothing is done during the second and it's just the same procedure again. Make sure you know exactly what you're paying and what you're getting and be prepared for a dinosaur communist service if the same nurse happens to have the shift. Will not visit again. Some of the worse service you can get in Bulgaria. Thanks God, this is becoming rare in Bulgaria, but this is one of those places.
