  Едни от най-добрите дюнери в София. Добро обслужване и чисто помещение. В делничен ден най-вече в порядъка от 12-13 ч. е страшно натоварено и има големи опашки

  The first time I came here I asked for several menu items which they did not have (e.g. falafel) so I went elsewhere. The second time I came here I ordered a large hamburger with cheese and egg, and it was a pretty good fast food offering. Just now I stopped in to get the same thing, and ordered the same, but the cook prepared it with chicken doner, which I did not want. I asked about it; he and the cashier insisted it was a "hamburger." Finally the cook admitted they did not have beef today, which was fine but that should have been revealed up front, not after the fact. I asked for my money back, but after I got home I realized the cashier gave me less than I had originally paid (LV 3.50 vs LV 3.80). Not a huge deal, but this is not the kind of experience I want to have at a fast food restaurant, especially with the bait and switch burger issue.
