  A great little restaurant. Food was great and prices are reasonable. Has a nice fountain inside.

  I love places with history in which time has stopped. The house of Mara Belcheva. Where she lived and worked. Here, where great writers, public figures and celebrities of the last century have gathered. Where they danced and entertained in the big and beautiful ballroom. Here, where Pencho Slaveikov comes as a guest, one night, and this meeting gathers their fates. The house which she sells just to have funds for his treatment abroad. I wonder why I feel so close to their history and love. Because it's beautiful! And because it's strong! Real. At this place, at 12 Hristo Belchev Str. (The street is named to Mara's first husband, who was shot) in the heart of Sofia, today hosts the nice restaurant Before & After.2

  Very bad place everthing was cooked with the same oil. Not recomendable. The only good thing was the music and the water which were very expensive

  The restaurant feels (a bit) overrated. Sure it's cheap, and they are very efficient at lunch time (I got my plate 30s literally after ordering!) but the taste is not great, pasta were fatty... And the meal was (almost) cold (which may explain why I got my plate so quickly). The interior is well decorated though. Consider the place for a cheap quick lunch, but refrain from any high expectations
