::If you want troubles, you will find them here. Staff friendliness level -999999. If you have to receive a package - brace yourself! This will be a challenge! If you are a foreigner - you have no chance. I swear I now have nightmares when I have to go there. I truly hope one day a software replaces all employees there!

::I really like the servicing! Such good and amazing people! Want to work with them!

::The place and service are locked in a perpetual loophole inside the destroyed past where communism fell and Bulgarian Posts never recovered to contemporary realms. Mail delivery from this office is sporadic. Mail that came from EU to Bulgaria in 3 days, sits for a full week at the office before being delivered to the address (as evident from time-stamps on the envelope). Nobody is manning the phone numbers listed on the official web site. At the desks, clerks still use pen and paper and mail is sorted in tattered cardboard boxes. Real cute and pity.

::I am a stamp collector and went to this post office to buy stamps.. there is no philatelic bureau functioning as of now.. Most of the people working there are not familiar with English.. Some visitors helped me to communicate with the post office staff.. There is no Philatelic activities in the Varna town as of now.. if u want to buy stamps there are some antique shops near cathedral where u can find a few.. There was a photocopy of a stamp exhibit kept outside the post office.. The post office counter which used to sell stamps earlier is selling News paper , magazines, greeting cards etc as of now..
