::What happened to this Billa, it started very good and now is not merchandised well any more. I’m noticing vegetables and fruits very often who are for the garbage. I bought already few times ham and other meat products from the cold window, who where not smelling good and where sticky...we all know what it means.

::Billa supermarkets are everywhere in Sofia. They have a fairly good selection of typical Bulgarian food stuffs and the prices are reasonable. Their fruits and vegetable selections are small and the quality was mediocre. The prepared foods are fun to try and are inexpensive. Make sure you get a Billa discount card as you will get significant savings; you just have to fill out an application in Bulgarian!

::They have a salad bar! Okay I haven't actually eaten off it to be honest. But I also haven't seen too many salad bars in Bulgaria so the fact that it's even there is amazing to me. This Billa is brand new and really nice. I'm excited to see what else goes in this building.
