Specific case from today, 10.04.2021: a regular customer enters, the saleswoman is not there and has to wait in front of the cash register. The saleswoman appears and scolds the client for not calling her and hints that she "shopped". Teach your employees to be careful when a customer enters, to greet, not to quarrel with the customer that he dared to disturb their peace by entering the store, to apologize when they make him wait, and not to accuse their regular customers of theft without reason . Good service is not such a difficult task.
