  Excellent hotel in Bansko. We visited this place in the summer and enjoyed the nice spa. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Reception information was extensive with good english. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with furniture being a little worn but it was still ok. Bathroom was clean and it had all the amenities you could need. The breakfast was excellent, a nice surprise. Overall an excellent experience.

  Lovely place. Studio was comfortable and clean. Kitchen in the studio was very well equipped up to the last detail. Nice terrace. Spa and pool were excellent. Breakfast was one of the best I've had. Will be back for sure.

  Excellent hotel for families with loads of activities for children of all ages. The spa facilities were clean and tidy and exactly what was needed after a days skiing. We ate in the restaurant each day for breakfast and evening meal and the selection was always varied and everything we tried delicious. Would definitely return here for another stay.

  Great shuttle service to the top of the mountain, which is super convenient. Facilities are fine. Some rooms are new, yet some could use renovation. Breakfast is fine - nice juices, food seems clean and quite fresh, ok variety. Staff are very kind. Spa is small and with lots of kids.

  Situated on the outskirts of the touristic area, this hotel provides all the required facilities for a family vacation including a swimming pool and complete spa. Kids may enjoy a game room, a computer class as well as several arcade machines. The breakfast includes a rich buffet, omelettes made to order, fresh coffee as well as pancakes and waffles. The lobby gives access to a dedicated smoking room with several known cigar brands available. The room are very accommodating including a full kitchenette. My only quip was with the shower stream that was quite weak and the shower stand that was completely broken. Staff is very welcoming and most speak some level of English. For those coming to ski the hotel provides shuttles directly to the site as well as to the city center saving the wait in the long lines and making up for the off-center location.
