::There were at least 10 people waiting in front of me when I arrived. The organisation was perfect! There was a coordinator helping people at the front door, very fast serving at every desk. All together I waited for 15 minutes. Covid - 19 organisation was also sufficient!

::My 65 year old father has been missing since 01/09/18 it is now 03/09/18. I'm incredibly stressed and worried and the way the police here have dealt with me and my brother is a disgrace, and one officer in particular should not be wearing a police uniform. I have rang the police at this station multiple times for help as anyone would do when searching for a missing person in a foreign country. The first officer I spoke with couldn't be bothered speaking to me and each time I asked him if he spoke English and whether a 65 year old Scottish man has come in, he would say "what? What?" "Yes I speak a little" and then would tell me "bye" and hang up the phone. Each time I rang after this I would get through to this "police officer" and each time he would hang up the phone on me. Eventually after ringing 8 times I managed to speak to another officer who was polite and spoke more English than the other. I was told by him that all the police stations and hospitals have been checked but I have no real proof this has been done. The first officer to me described every horrible stereotype you hear about Bulgarian police and before I never believed it. He has shown no respect for me or my family after I was perfectly polite to him. I just want to find my father and go home.
