  Order on 20.12.2020. Order confirmation received by e-mail and telephone. A month and 6 days later, on January 26, 2021, there was no delivery, no call, no one to answer my emails and inform me what was happening. I no longer need the winter goods ordered by the supplier, because half of the winter has passed and I am terribly sorry that I was misled to order from there. Big mistake and incorrect company!

  Remind your saleswomen that they are there to help customers, not to browse Facebook or have personal phone conversations out loud. For two days in a row, in two different stores, I am disappointed with the attitude and the service that is offered, especially in that of Vitoshka. I don't find it appropriate for the store to close 20 minutes before the officially announced end of working hours, which is extremely unpleasant, especially when you are in a hurry in the rain to catch it.
