::They sent us a carpet that had to be dry for up to 2 hours. But they didn't suck his foam well and it took 3 days to dry. The carpet was sticking and was foamed all over, not even washed in places. Our sofa has been used for 3 months and we decided to refresh it. They "washed it" and now the sofa is black. After I said that it was not laundered, they replied that the sofa was snatched!
