::Very friendly and responsive staff - in the first place. Secondly - as far as I know, this is the only bank branch in Sofia where coins are exchanged for banknotes FREE OF CHARGE for individuals (not companies). Even the BNB exchanges a fee, which once again proves that only the really big ones are actually big ...!
