  Very arrogant nurses.We wait half day for 5minutes job.Our names disapear from the system.Very arrogant communication with all the patients.

  Last year I have I really bad cutting on my hand , I stayed two hours with bleeding hand and no one wants to help. Everyone says you have to wait but how can wait with bleeding hand...

  If you have no strings there don't go. The hospital is super dirty. Doctors are super arrogant and not polite at all. It is incredible how much time you will lose there. There needs to be firing of people so that they get motivated because they have no motivation.

  I understand that it is hard to have good infrastructure and conditions inside the hospital, but staff members, most nurses and doctors are EXTREMELY rude to their patients. Absolutely unbelievable.

  We went to visit a friend that had broken his arm. The conditions of the hospital are horrific like something you would see in a horror movie. The most terrible realization after we moved to Sofia was that this is the one and only emergency room in the city. There is no private emergency hospital. This hospital is an absolute disgrace! How can a city with so many beautiful malls have a hospital like this?
